(ATSB), proudly standing as the first Barbadian-owned aviation technical services company, is extending an invitation to seasoned Aircraft Maintenance Mechanics to become a pivotal part of our team. We are actively seeking professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, and who hold esteemed Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificates issued by the FAA.

Location: Based at the Barbados Grantly Adams International Airport, Barbados.

Our Aircraft Mechanics are integral to our operations, diligently performing line maintenance activities in accordance with ATSB, FAA, and other regulatory standards, as well as customer specifications. Responsibilities encompass conducting both routine and non-routine maintenance. Mechanics are responsible for the precise removal, replacement, and thorough inspection of various aircraft components.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Uphold all maintenance procedures as delineated in ATSB’s Aircraft Specifications/Manual , Quality Control Manual (QCM), customer-specific protocols, FARs, and other relevant regulations.
  • Maintain the utmost standards of safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency in all tasks undertaken.
  • Ensure meticulous completion of maintenance work assignments, maintaining aircraft airworthiness and strict adherence to exacting standards.
  • Effectively interpret and apply directives from aircraft maintenance manuals and documentation.
  • Embrace a customer-focused approach, ensuring that all services meet or surpass client expectations.
  • Ensure comprehensive and compliant documentation for all company, customer, and regulatory paperwork.
  • Proficiently utilize and maintain support equipment, including servicing units, jacks, lifts, and calibrated tooling.
  • Willingly undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, contributing to the collective success and operational excellence of the team.
