Building the labourforce

Highly skilled and qualified human resources are at the center of the aviation industry. This is why we focus on building relationships and programmes with key institutional education partners. We are working jointly with partners such as the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus and international partners like CAE, IATA, and ICAO to pursue initiatives that will ensure Barbados and the Caribbean sub-region expands its highly skilled professionals and certified technicians, engineers and other skilled personnel to serve the needs of the industry. By investing in the development of human capital, we are laying the foundation for a more robust and resilient aviation sector that is capable of adapting to the evolving demands of global aviation.
